It’s becoming hard to say what a strange and challenging time this is without sounding like a broken record scratching out cliches. But…well…it is a strange and challenging time!
During most of the lockdown we have been working behind closed doors to maintain our service of flower deliveries and funeral flowers. We have been surprised but thrilled to have been kept so busy and we would really like to thank you, our wonderful customers for being so loyal and supporting us with your orders.
We have also had some beautiful testimonials during this time. I have shared just a few of these at the bottom of this blog post because I want you to know how much your kind words mean to us. They have kept up our spirits, letting us know that our work during this testing time of separation has helped you to send love, feel connected and celebrate birthdays, babies and anniversaries from afar.
It can’t be underestimated how much your feedback is appreciated. We know it takes your time and effort to send your thanks which makes us all the more grateful.
One lovely thing to watch while the shop was closed was the growth of the pineapples on our Ananas comosus plants who were loving lockdown life! (See photo below) They thrived and are now looking for new homes, so if you need a new plant pal to chat to, let us know and we can deliver a pineapple plant, complete with pineapple, straight to your door.
This week, in line with government guidance, we are moving into the next phase of this new reality. Our shop door will open again!
Initially we will open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9am until 1.30pm. From the beginning of July we plan to extend this and be open Monday to Saturday 9am -1.30pm.
During these times you can come to the shop to buy flowers and plants and place orders. We will have measures in place to keep our staff and customers safe.
Our delivery service will continue to operate from Monday to Saturday.
Orders for collection and delivery can be placed over the phone from 9am – 5.30pm and via out website any time. All deliveries are made observing social distancing measures to keep us all safe.

I just wanted to drop you a personal email to say a massive thank you. I ordered some flowers for my nana’s birthday from you, and I can’t thank you enough! I haven’t been able to see her since Christmas and normally would have visited her a few times by now and on her birthday but couldn’t due to Covid. She has not stopped raving about how beautiful the flowers were and how she absolutely loved them. Thank you so much for making her day special when I couldn’t be there.
