As flowers are freshly ordered and perishable any changes must be made at least 48 hours notice.

You have chosen beautiful fresh flowers by Regency Flowers. If for any reason you are unhappy with your flowers, and if we are in agreement with any complaint, at our discretion you will be offered a discount or replacement flowers.

We select the best fresh flowers available on the day and we try as far as possible to meet specific requests. If the flowers are not to your taste or not suitable for whatever reason and no specific requests were made at the time of ordering, we will not be held responsible.

Some flowers, foliage and plants are harmful to pets or if consumed. If you require further info on this please contact us before submitting your information.

Your card details are not stored. Online payments are handled independently by a service called Stripe. They have been certified to strict levels of security certification so your details are as secure as they can be.

All prices include VAT.

Our delivery area for subscription flowers is limited to the CV31-CV34 postcode areas. Any orders for subscriptions placed outside this area will not be accepted.

We will take all necessary steps to ensure your flowers are delivered on the date requested. If, in extreme circumstances beyond our control, we cannot fulfil an order on the agreed date will contact you to arrange another convenient delivery date.

If the recipient is not at home to receive their flowers on the agreed delivery date, we will try to leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a suitable place If there is no alternative, the flowers will be returned to the shop and you will be contacted. In any of these cases we will let you know that delivery has been attempted and where the flowers are with a card posted through the door. 

If any redeliveries are required, our standard delivery fees will apply.

In case of delivery to a location where a third party is involved (e.g. office or other business location) the signature of the person accepting the delivery will be accepted as proof of delivery to the recipient.
